We are currently closed for the 2006 season, but applications will start being accepted for the 2007 prom season in the Fall and Early Winter 2006, please ask your guidance counselor for an application or download the one below.
There will be several Fairytale Boutique Balls in February and March 2007
to give all girls the chance to receive a gown.
The Fairytale Boutique Ball is open only to Seniors and Juniors going their prom.
A Student ID is required for admission.
Gowns are available to girls in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. If you live somewhere else in the US and don't have a similar program in your area, e-mail us, we're happy to help anyone we can!
The following rules will be in effect at the ball:

Must be a junior or senior currently enrolled in a high school with a hardship. |

You must fill out an application in advance to enter the ball. |

Others are not permitted to shop for girls unless the girls are physically present. |
|
• |
Each girl must have and present a VALID STUDENT ID. |

Volunteers will serve as personal shopper for the students attending the Fairytale Boutique Ball. |

Students will be asked to wait until a volunteer personal shopper becomes available before she can begin shopping. Please plan accordingly (bring something to read, don’t make other commitments, etc.) |

Each girl is permitted to bring one additional female guest to shop with her. Small children (under the age of 12) are not permitted in the shopping area. |

Gowns / accessories are given on a first-come first-serve basis. Some sizes are in limited supply, including sizes 16+. We will do our best to accommodate everyone that is accepted to the program, but receiving a gown is not guaranteed. |

Each girl is allowed to receive one gown, plus related accessories and makeup, if available. Once you choose a dress, there are no exchanges allowed. |
