I. Pre-Planning:

A diagram of the room set up, a copy for you, and a copy that will be submitted to the facility in advance, it will cut down on the stress of having to figure out the room set up the morning of the party. |
II. Day-Of Coordination:

Distribute any remaining vendor fees (you will be asked for bank checks for these expenses, most vendors only accept bank checks less than 7 days until the party date) |

Supervise and assist in party setup |

Arrange table cards & assist your guests in locating their seats (if needed) |

Coordinate activities & ensure proper flow of events |
|
• |
Complimentary thank you cards that come addressed to everyone on your guest list. All you need is stamps! (This is optional based on the event) |

• |
"Emergency kit" on hand in case a problem arises - an extra package of balloons, tape, scissors, a back-up plan in case something does not go as planned. |
