The Metropolitan is the largest and most comprehensive party planning package that we offer. We will care for every aspect of the planning process.

I. Pre-Planning:

   Initial consultation
   Up to 4 additional planning sessions
   Unlimited work hours (meaning time working on your overall design, assembling centerpieces, favors, invitations, etc.)
   Unlimited e-mail correspondence
   A monthly status report by mail stating what is done, what is left to do, an update on your budget and what you should be completing in the next month.
   A storyboard of your event during meetings, where you can see all ideas and design concepts in one place.

   Your own, private web page that is a part of the Elite Event Productions website. This is where you can review all confirmed details, view ideas and suggestions, view your guest list and find out who has RSVP’d, budget details and much, much more.    Expert advisement and guidance though out the entire experience
   Personalized planning timeline and budget
   Manage party expenses to keep you within your budget
   Identify a reception site that you will love without breaking the bank
   Schedule your vendor appointments
   Negotiate vendor contracts for best pricing
   Communicate with your contracted vendors
   Monitor all vendor payments
   Design & decor consulting
   Assisting with your menu selections for the party
   Ordering of your selected invitations to ensure the proper wording and quantity ordered (price of invitations is not included)
   Assembling, addressing and mailing of invitations
   RSVP receiving
   Assisting you with your seating arrangements (if needed)
   Favor selection assistance and assembly
   A diagram of the room set up, a copy for you, and a copy that will be submitted to the facility in advance, it will cut down on the stress of having to figure out the room set up the morning of the party.

II. Day-Of Coordination:

   Distribute any remaining vendor fees (you will be asked for bank checks for these expenses, most vendors only accept bank checks less than 7 days until the party date)
   Supervise and assist in party setup
   Arrange table cards & assist your guests in locating their seats (if needed)
   Coordinate activities & ensure proper flow of events
   Complimentary thank you cards that come addressed to everyone on your guest list. All you need is stamps! (This is optional based on the event)
   "Emergency kit" on hand in case a problem arises - an extra package of balloons, tape, scissors, a back-up plan in case something does not go as planned.
